 How do I pay for my item once I win?

We require that you put a credit card on file when bidding on items for an easy, quick check out. Any credit or debit card will work. At the end of the night on 6/27, you'll be able to go to your activity and check out with just a few clicks! If you prefer to pay by check, please reach out to Kandis Hyde ([email protected]) for information on how to send in your payment.

 How do I retrieve or arrange my auction item/experience?

A VSC staff member will contact you after the auction closes on 6/27 with all the pertinent information you need to know for the next steps in fulfilling your auction win. Keep an eye on your email inbox! If the item can't be mailed, the pick up times will be July 1 between 9AM - 2PM and July 2 between 2PM and 6PM. Please note that it will state whether or not the item can be shipped in the item description.
